The cheerleaders who are members of our competition team participated in the UIL State Spirit competition this past Friday. They made it to finals with 20 other teams and finished in 12th place out of 63 teams in 5A D1. This is the highest Independence has ever placed at UIL! If you see any of the competition team cheerleaders please congratulate them on an amazing season.
