This past weekend 8 wrestlers traveled to Houston for the State Wrestling Tournament. After long hard weekend, we walked away with our girls team finishing tied for 9th place and with 2 State placers. Our boys and three of our girls finished one round shy of the medal round, and Sariah Ferguson placed 6th. We also came away with our first State Champion in program history with Tabitha Wood placing 1st at the 119lb weight class!
